About Us
Our Story
Fabeaulux started in 2017 as a small business selling sunglasses, born from the humble dreams of two sisters. Over the years, we’ve grown into a company that proudly designs our own unique eyewear. As single sisters, we were never drawn to expensive or ethically questionable diamonds, especially after learning about the negative impact of "blood diamonds." But when we discovered the beauty of moissanite diamonds, we were captivated. These stunning, affordable, and ethical gems inspired us to create jewelry that celebrates friendship, love, and special moments—without the hefty price tag.
In 2024, we expanded our offerings to include this special jewelry collection, because we wanted to share something beautiful with those, like us, who value meaningful connections without needing a grand occasion. From there, we also branched out into home decor, kitchen essentials, and beauty products—designed for minimalists, singles, and small households who cherish simplicity and elegance in everyday life.
We hope to build a community of like-minded people who appreciate the same values and enjoy celebrating life’s special moments with the ones they love.
Sue (Our CEO)
Sue once worked in a fast fashion company, but over time, she grew disillusioned with the company culture that promoted disposable consumerism. This experience naturally led her to care more about environmental issues and the importance of sustainable materials and long-lasting products. When she started a business with her sister Linda, their goal was clear: to move away from fragile, low-value fast fashion sunglasses. Instead, they focused on creating products using eco-friendly materials like wooden frames and stainless steel. Sue is also deeply involved in the design process, ensuring every piece reflects their shared values.
Linda (Our Manager, Sue's Sister)
When Linda used to shop at department stores, she would often hear people say, "Oh, isn't that an expensive Missoni top?" or "Isn’t that Chanel?" She never went out of her way to buy luxury designer brands, but she has a keen eye for timeless, classic styles that those brands represent. However, as someone who values practical and reasonable spending, she couldn't justify paying those high prices. Partnering with her sister Sue in the sunglasses business, Linda wanted to bring their shared vision to life. Their goal was to create timeless, stylish frames—like the iconic Cartier designs—at a price that anyone could afford. These sunglasses aren’t just simple wooden frames; they’re beautifully decorated to make anyone wearing them look as classy as if they were wearing Cartier.
